Kolkata: “Muslims don’t need to run to courts always for resolution of issues concerning two Muslim parties as Darul Qaza (Shariah Court) can itself resolve many of the issues, like distribution of land according to `farayez’, or for even criminal offense like rape,” said Maulana Khalid Saifullah Rahmani, General Secretary of All India Personal Law Board, in an open session of `Tamire Millat Conference’ called by Imarat-E Shariah Bihar, Orissa, Jharkhand and Kolkata Branch on 14 April 2013 at TB Association Hall, Kolkata.
He said, any family dispute easily can easily be solved in the Darul Qaza in every state in the country, and one should use the Islamic system to solve the problems of the society and for a better peaceful and harmonious society, he added. There are two offices in Kolkata for West Bengal.

AIPLB Secretary also said that the basic awareness of Shariah is necessary to all Muslims in India, lest they fall prey to un-Islamic activities.
