Ajmer: The spiritual head or Sajjada Nasheen of Ajmer Sharif Dargah has condemned the attack on Sarabjeet Singh in a jail in Pakistan. A descendant of Khwaja Moinuddin Chisti, Syed Zainul Abedeen Ali Khan today held a press conference alleging some kind of conspiracy behind the attack.
Speaking to the media personnel Khan urged the Indian government to register protest against Pakistan officially.
Questioning the silence of ullemas in Pakistan on such ‘serious issue,’ he wondered if the Muslim scholars enjoy freedom to speak as well, as such “illegal attack is clearly against the basic principle of Islamic tenets,” he added.
