Lucknow: Samajwadi Party is playing the Muslim card once again with hordes of clerics meeting Uttar Pradesh CM Akhilesh Yadav on his decision to boycot Harvard University programme due to the insult to cabinet minister Azam Khan.
On this occasion, Ahmed Hassan, Minister of Health and Family Welfare, Minister for Prison, food – Civil Supplies and spokesman Rajendra Chaudhary and state ministers Abhishek Mishra were also present.

The clerics termed the decision of Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav to boycott Harvard University function as a bold step and Akhilesh Yadav has enhanced the prestige of India besides protect the dignity of the Muslim community.
Representatives of Muslim community also congratulated Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav for the Kumbh Mela arrangements. The clerics also stated that no Indian leaders had protested in this manner before USA.
Chief Minister thanked them for their cooperation and support. He said that the Muslim community's deep relationship with the Samajwadi Party is getting stronger every day. Samajwadi Party, is committed to protect their language, traditions and protecting their interests.
