Distribution of 10,000 ‘School Kits’ is targeted this year

Hyderabad: Popular Front of India is promoting education through annual ‘School Chalo Campaign’ and other regular activities. PFI is working for the welfare of the people especially the minorities, backward classes and marginalised section in India. Popular Front of India works for an “India with Equal Rights for All”.
A press statement from PFI state unit said, “Education is the basic need for the empowerment of the down trodden sections of the community.”

A press conference was held in Guntur today, attended by PFI State Vice-President, D.S Habeebullah, General Secretary, Mohammed Arif Ahmed, Secretary Syed Nazeer Shaheen and State Executive council member Mohammed Abdullah Khan and Hussain Basha and Guntur District President Mohammed Inayathullah.
While inaugurating the campaign, DS Habeebullah informed that last year they had targeted 7000 school students and this year they plan to distribute 10000 school kits, worth nearly 20 lakh rupees.
He also appealed to general public to donate for the cause.
Advocate Y Koteshwar Rao, President of Social Justice Party and Advocate Royal, Guntur District president of Human Rights Forum also attend conference.
