Chandrapur (Maharashtra): Mubarak Kapdi, one of the renowned speakers and authority on “Education and Responsibility of Parents, Teacher and Students” delivered his 3650th lecture at a school ground at Chandrapur of Maharashtra.
The programme was organized by Crescent Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Chandrapur. Dr. Zafar Javed Khan, President of Crescent Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Chandrapur was the President of the Programme while Dr. Raj Vakil Siddiqui, Member, National Monitoring Committee for Minority Education was the Chief Guest of the programme.
Mubarak Kapdi is education activist from Mumbai who has consistently toured interiors for vocational guidance lectures. Kapdi, in his key note speech, said that the present situation of the Muslim can be changed by the active role of the society and everyone from the society should take the responsibility of the development. He also elaborated on the pathetic condition of the society that only 2% of People are working for the community development while 98% persons are working for finding their mistakes in the work.
Dr. Raj Vakil Siddique, Member, National Monitoring Committee for Minority Education (GoI) said that to get the government scheme the community should be connected with it and the schemes of the government should reach to the poor of the poorest. He also commended the Crescent Shikshan Prasarak Manadal for working hard in that direction.
Dr. Zafar Javed Khan explained his views regarding present education scenario and the fastest developing world and student must take modern technical education to be in the race. Nasir Hashmi of SMS ONE project explained the use of the ICT for development of minority.
An award for “Distinguish service in the field of education” was also instituted in the name of Dr. Allama Iqbal. At first this award were given to Dr. Raj Vakil Siddique, Shafique Ahmad, Ex Collector and Babbu Hakeem, President Van Vaibhav Shikshan Sanstha, Gadchiroli for their distinguished services in the field of education since last many years.
Three teachers Fazzle Waheed, Mohd. Shakeel and Areefa Siddique were also felicitated for their work done for promotion of education in Minorities.
